Santorini owns some of the most attractive beaches in the Aegean Sea. Overloaded or isolated, Santorini's beaches respond to the yearnings of all kinds of travelers. Considered as one of Greece's most stunning beaches, the Red Beach in Akrotiri is discerned for its unique red and black hues. It's not a large beach, so it is very crowded most of the time. Kamari Beach is a famous shore on the southeast of Fira.
It has smooth black sand, and it's fully organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. Four kilometers away from Fira, you will find Vourvoulos beach, a sandy, tranquil beach ideal for some relaxation moments next to the waves.

A similar atmosphere you will also meet in Pori beach, which is perfect for families. Between Vourvoulos and Pori, you will reach Xiropigado Beach. Xiropigado is a wavy shore ideally landscaped to offer you calming privacy. Lastly, a wonderful beach you should also visit is Exo Gialos. Exo Gialos is the closest beach to Fira. In fact, it comprises two beaches, both with shining sand and deep waters.
